The Process
- Mediation is a voluntary process, which means that all parties involved must be motivated and willing to participate.
- If you think mediation is the right fit for you, you can begin the process by filling out our Intake Form.
- Once the Intake Form is received and it is determined that you are a suitable candidate for mediation services, we will contact you in order to discuss the particulars of the given situation and to explain the mediation process in greater depth.
- Finally, a plan will be formulated to meet the specific needs of the parties involved. In some cases this will mean utilizing the Intelligent Collabarative eNegotiations System developed by by Smartsettle.
